What is another DS patching program other than xDelta?

I am having a problem patching something with xDelta and I have a suspicion that I will be fine if I just had another program. Any others floating around?

    Whats the problem you have?

As for different patchers, I believe xDelta patches would need xDelta to apply patch.
There are different patchers available, I think the patches only work with the app that made them.

Well as far as I know, it's not so much the patchers as the patch format. Hence why there are multiple IPS patchers available.

The main reason we use xdelta is because it is a well known/documented standard with support across multiple platforms that does the job that IPS (the main patching format prior to people taking it up for DS hacking) fails miserably at. It is not perfect (see deufeufeu's DPS work) but it does work.
