This is obviously jumping the gun as afaik we are nowhere near a stable working hack for at least a year or more (unless a miracle happens) but indulge me, if we were to magically have a homebrew enabled hack what would you want to see made for/ported to the switch?

I'd like to see Nintendont for the switch, as well as ports of ID software games such as Doom and Wolfenstein 3D.

What about you guys?

Non retroarch emulators. Maybe SNES9X with msu-1 support and graphic filters, sega genesis plus with 32x support, sega cd support, master system and game gear, with ability to play pier solar and the great architechs with sega cd music. :D

Virtual console injects and backup loading. I like having physical cases and cards but its nice to have all my games accessible without switching cards.

thats what these threads always are lol
Yes, and i dont know how to feel about it... like this:

I would also be happy if Retroarch releases cores for the system, or a port of Doom.
Doom as been ported to at least 30 systems.
"Doom have subsequently been released for the following systems:
DOS,
OS/2,
Microsoft Windows,
Linux,
Amiga,
Apple Macintosh,
Super NES,
Genesis 32X,
PlayStation,
Game Boy Advance,
iOS,
Symbian OS,
RISC OS,
Atari Jaguar,
Sega Saturn,
Tapwave Zodiac,
3DO,
Xbox,
and Xbox 360 (via Xbox Live Arcade).
A version of Doom was ported to the Commodore VIC-20, a vintage 1980 introductory home computer having only 3,583 bytes of BASIC RAM, an 8 bit 6502A processor with rudimentary graphics, no sprites, and just 8 colors."
And this is missing the unofficial ports.

Retroarch exist almost for every single device already...

Let's start by having basic features first, such as a way to move the goddamn saves to microsd!! Then homebrew :D Sorry, that just really irks me. Seriously Nintendo, WTF?!?!
