Hacking What Happened?

I went to NXPGAME.com to check on a few items. They appear to no longer be selling Flash Carts.

Does anyone know what happened? Did they get busted? Nintendo drop the hammer on them?

Anyone have some info?

I just checked their site and did a search on a random flash card (R4, DSTT, AceKard 2i) and it seems they're still selling them. I think they removed them from the product list in the site menu to avoid getting sued by Nintendo.
