They've only been inactive for 6 months. It's possible they've split up or just lost a supplier. There is a scene notice about them but I think it's just prespam:

N+ is just one of my fav games. I followed their PC versions and was all hyped up for N+. It was first announced for xbox and i said i would get one just for that game. I would have, hod it not have been announced for DS soon after
