What's your custom firmware? Rxtool? If so, move to luma3ds.

no. its menuhax + gateway, and no i dont use any public roms with public headers and that is a different error code.

Check that exactly that game has your header. If that isnt the problem,you are banned.

the thing is, i dont have any games on my microsd so it isnt that. All I really did on it was play tomodachi life (cia) and mario kart 7 (cia) that i installed using tickets.

That looks bad... Did you use any online game from GW in the past? That error in any program without being shopping services/miiverse/browser is a ban. Its possible that you used by error a game with public header in the past...

Nope. I only had cia installers as .3ds to install CIA's but one thing I did do though is install public tickets

Well they could ban you if you use tikets to install a game. I don't even know why people use that insted of just download a cia and install it.
But they've never done it, so I don't think it's the problem. Gateway CFW is obsolet and you should use Luma insted.

I use gateway because of the cheats for it. I dont use it for like the cfw. I just wanna get unbanned js

If you really are banned, there is no way to solve it without formatting since it's not something in your 3DS but in the Nintendo servers.
If it's only a CFW issue, you can solve it using Luma.

I dont think it should matter, because it happens to Gateway and RX but it's some 3.0 nightly build

Again: try Luma. Use Rxtools make no diferent from using Gateway.
If Luma don't work, you'r banned.

It matters because old RXtools is just as grossly out of date as Brickwait. Give Luma3DS a try. If you still get the error with Luma3DS, you were banned.
