What guide to use?

So I managed to get my hands on a Switch that can run CFW, but I'm confused about where to begin. There's all sorts of guides and videos out there. I was told by a friend that the one linked below is what he used and it worked great. I was wondering if any hacking gurus could take a look at it and if it's not up to par could recommended a guide to follow.

I want to setup emuMMC and possibly Android and Ubuntu too, but that page doesn't cover all of that.

Feel free to use the one you have and double check to make sure you're not missing anything (for example dns:mitm + exosphere.ini are built in to Atmosphere these days and can be used w/ or instead of 90DNS)
