I think some titles are better choices than others. With echochrome it crashed for me randomly but when I switched to Locoroco Midnight Festival I have yet to experience a single crash.

I understand that Sony can use this thread as a basis as to what demos they csn remove but surely they won't go as far as removing every demo in the store? Then again I remember the early days of Vita hacking and it was a race to download certain titles before Sony removes them, and oftentimes these games were even for sale.

Seeing how any PSP content works for Adrenaline, they're likely not going to just remove every single PSP title for the Vita. That'd be going too far and would do absolutely nothing anyways since they already cut off PSN access to 3.60.

And for the old PSPemu days, they always added the game back a few days later after it was fixed/firmware was updated

GTA: LCS, haven't done much testing, but opening the camera crashes the game.
But it takes away around 1.5GB away on the memory card. Can't test anything else because i only have 1 PSP game

I used to use arcade darts, but i realized i don't play that game. :P

So i switched to street fighter alpha 3 max instead. No problems, and the game is godlike. :creep:

So does file size really matter for the base or is it the game itself just incompatible? I wanted to use the smallest game possible which i think is retro city rampage (8MB) but can't install without CFW ps3 which i don't have at the moment. But is not a problem anyway, i have no reason to have psp RCR when i have PSVITA RCR

you can turn a game that's natively installed to the vita into a CSO? i'm using it as a base game for adrenaline, i'm sure that it's not doable. and i'm not sure how well the fw spoofing is with henkaku so i can get another game

yall im torn... ive been hacking away at tales of phantasia GBA (the USA version) and have so many documents of reverse engineering i've done
  • TwoSpikedHands @ TwoSpikedHands:
I just found out that the EU version is better in literally every way, better sound quality, better lighting, and there's even a patch someone made to make the text look nicer
  • TwoSpikedHands @ TwoSpikedHands:
Do I restart now using what i've learned on the EU version since it's a better overall experience? or do I continue with the US version since that is what ive been using, and if someone decides to play my hack, it would most likely be that version?
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
@TwoSpikedHands, I'll preface this with the fact that I know nothing about the game, but, I think it depends on what your goals are. Are you trying to make a definitive version of the game? You may want to refocus your efforts on the EU version then. Or, are you trying to make a better US version? In which case, the only way to make a better US version is to keep on plugging away at that one ;)
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
I'm not familiar with the technicalities of the differences between the two versions, but I'm wondering if at least some of those differences are things that you could port over to the US version in your patch without having to include copyrighted assets from the EU version
