Hacking what flashcard to get?

im thinking of getting a new 3ds and a flash card but im confused on what one to get?
the sky3ds seams to be good because they dont change the 3ds system? and it supports online play.
the gateway though supports hombrew, had its own menu and can install .cia files.

the main thing is i want to be able to play region free and online, whats your guys opinion on what card would be best?

Gateway if the system is on 9.2 or below. Anything above, your only option is sky3DS.

Neither they are both equal that being said CFW is safer.

sorry im still pritty new to the 3ds hacking scene and only read up about the gateway and sky3ds atm.

No CIA patching needed, you still have eShop access, updates are made to the firmware daily but Emunand is stable regardless.

There is no rush but you never answered what firmware 3DS you have and what kind it is or if you even have one yet.

sorry man, im going to get a new 3ds maybe even an xl so iv look up online and they come out of the box with 9.0 in aus

When you say new 3ds do you mean the N3DSXL or the Old 3DS XL?

Your gonna spend a few days searching and even then it comes down to luck use this thread to find a N3DSXL on 9.2 or lower read it carefully http://gbatemp.net/threads/n3ds-xl-firmware-by-version-number.381479/ that being said all Old 3DS's (besides the yo-kai watch bundle) willl come with firmware below 9.2 guaranteed this includes the XL's.

im mainly getting it to play monster hunter so i want a n3ds so i dont have to claw hand anymore.

Read the buying guide first N3DSXL on 9.0 and below are very rare due to demand and scalping. If it comes down to it you may have to pay the scalped price of 300-350 on here or ebay if you can't find one.

Be careful mate some of the N3DSXL have above 9.2 preloaded and the serial number is not on the box to check. If you buy one from a store hopefully they are nice enough to take it out and check the serial number on the actual console
