    i am a complete NOOB to the hacking scene i see alot of firmware numbers getting thrown around. what is the ideal firmware for launching PS4 game backups and PS2, PS1 games i just want to know what firmware i should shoot for.

    1.76, (probably missed a few) 4.05, 4.55 have all been hacked with kexploit.

    Ps2 classics work great on 4.55, 4.55 is the best of the best right now.

    PS1 games dont work yet.

    While you cant natively run PS3 games:

    RPCS3 technically runs on PS4 via linux.... no cell chip required :P
