Hacking What Firmware does the New 3DS XL Ship with?

Hey guys I have a few questions here, as I am thinking if replacing my 3ds with a new 3ds xl. Does anyone know what firmware the N3DS ships with? Also is it now possible to install games to the main menu like the wii? I read talk about .cia files but I'm not too sure what's up and too scared to modify my 3ds as it's on 4.5!

It is already out in Australia though, is no-one from there on here? In any case, sky3ds will work but I don't want to fork out another £60!

    this is weird- I found out that the "Offline Webpages" folder found in System32 (the folder, by the way, hasn't been touched since probably '95), it has this weird, specific attribute where it will only have it's special icon if named "Offline Webpages"
