ROM Hack What file format are these images in?

I've been trying to convert these image files to something usable, but I can't figure out what format they are in. I'm pretty sure that these files were originally PNG. Every tool I've found online can't figure out what it is, although DSDecmp identifies it as LZ10, but doesn't seem to contain anything readable either.

Anyone have any ideas? I've attached an example.

It's a game called Harvest December, although I doubt anyone here has played it.
