What exactly am I looking at?

So I went to the market today, where I found this:

It seems to me that it's a side panel for an arcade machine or something, but I can't really find anything about a billiards/pool arcade game made by Capcom. So can anyone tell me what it is or where it came from?

It's a side panel for a Pinball machine called Breakshot.
