Well.. i found it, but since i don't play LoZPH anymore.. idk.

Trainer Toolkit = Datel Trainer Toolkit
is a device that requires slot2 of DSL or PHAT
people use that for searching cheat codes

i assume the enabler code is to allow the device to work on one particular game

basically, if you don't have the trainer toolkit then it is a useless code
