Hacking What does it mean if my rebug menu is white

My rebug menu turned white without me telling it to

I turned on my ps3 after months of leaving it alone and rebug is now white before I shut it off though I had updated and it worked fine

None of the apps seem to want to start should I reinstall rebug?

Is this an issue with my tv not accepting a change in resolution if so how would I make it stick to 1 resolution period

I found the issue the blueray cable wasn't plugged in and I guess I changed the theme to white what's stupid about this is the blueray doesn't work anyways
