Hardware What Could Be Causing This?

as you can see, there are lines in the background sky (kinda hard to see). it happens in every stage with a sky, and it only happens with the sky. I played through the game a while back, and it didn't do this. I don't think it's the tv since it's less than six months old.

The background is supposed to look like a sheet of fabric with ripples in it unless I'm missing something else in the image.

I don't recall that. the lines also don't look like ripples. I don't think they should be there.

yes, those are the lines. it doesn't look right though. I did 100% the game (one of the games I bought digitally) a long time ago, and I don't remember them.

thanks for the verification guys. it looks funny though. imo, it doesn't look like ripples of fabric but rather just weird lines. I'm surprised. I must not have noticed it on my first playthrough; otherwise, I would've posted the same topic back then.
