I imported a SEGA Saturn from Japan for my twentieth birthday and the seller included an expansion cart belonging to a JRPG game called Riglord Saga. The cartridge appears to have save data on it for a few other games when looking at it using the file browser.

I tried finding info on this specific cartridge online however I found no record of this ever being included with Riglord Saga and I don't have the game's CD to test if it serves any other special purpose.

The model no. on the rear label is 670-5847 if that means anything. Is this just a memory card? Is this a really stupid and obvious question? Thanks in advance

The blue text roughly in the middle of the right of the front sticker says "power memory", so it's a save backup card with a sticker

670-5847 is indeed the part number on the back of an official Sega Saturn memory cart, so yeah I would say that front label is something slapped on there by the previous owner.

Here's a photo of my 1mb cart, 4mb cart, and memory cart. I checked the memory cart just now to be sure.
