If you want to play 1 GBA Game at a time, Opera, and Rumble only then 3in1.

If you want a flashcart that plays almost all DS and GBA games, and expandable memory for $60 more get the m3

I'd rather get a 3in1...because $70 is a bit too much for a flashcart. Especially since its old.

The m3 PRO is different from the PERFECT
pro doesnt play gba, perfect does
pro is about 35 USD, Perferct is double that

the 3 in 1 yes, DX doesnt sell any other slot 2 besides 3 in 1 and chinese G6(which is also good, from what i heard) but they are out of stock of those
