what are those permanent changes priiloader makes?

i was curios about what is the magic word that priiloader says after booting it after installing the first time so i searched and clicked on this site https://wiibrew.org/wiki/priiloader and then something else got my attention it says that priiloader makes permanent changes to the wii's nand but from what i know uninstalling it should return those changes to what it was before
