Hacking What are the options for 8.1J ?

I do have Gateway and blue button sky3ds. Also managed to install NTR 3.0 cia on it. Eventually the gateway and sky3ds will have to go. After nintendo stop hosting the firmwares below 9.9, what is the best option now to access eshop and play multiplayer online on this N3DS with 8.1J? Thanks
