What are the chances of this being hackable?

Hi, I've been eyeing a PS5 from Amazon recently. It's the cfi1102a model. Is there a chance this come with 4.51 or below?

The amazon distributor I wanna get it from is low on stock and I don't know if I should jump the gun.

Hasn't the 1100 models been discontinued? Is there still a chance they come with a firmware higher than 4.51?
