Seriously, since nearly every game came from Japanese games, why don't you try looking for some US games and find the Japanese Version? It would be very helpful.

nothing is as good as DQ9 and PS0

All of them support local multiplayer, but only Jump Ultimate Stars and Phantasy Star 0 support Wi-fi. (Have no idea about what DQ9 supports)
