Homebrew what am i doing wrong

but when i go to howling theme tool it doesn't show my theme but it says the theme has nothing wrong

I still am using CHMM2 to be honest. Have you tried another Custom Theme app ?

I've tried Yata+ and Usagi Theme Editor

Could you send me your theme files ? I'll check them when I'll be home and by your side, try using CHMM2 to make sure your app isn't telling you some bullshit.

Okay new problem the theme loaded on my 3ds but no bgm...

For this issue, you should restart the 3DS, re-apply the theme with BGM at least twice before exiting the app.
