So guys. I got 40 bucks. What do I buy?

I already own Legend of Zelda and Kid Icarus.

Edit: Forgot to add Layton to the poll!

Paper mario is a great choice, if your into adventure, you should roll with Kingdom Hearts 3D, if you want a good party game, rabbits rumble is SURPRISINGLY entertaining!

I actually got KH3D used at a game store, played it for 2 days, and returned it. I didn't like it that much, it wasn't as good as KH1 and KH2 and had annoying features like the drop and the fucking pet thing that you link to.

I heard Paper Mario was frustrating, as I liked the n64 version and the thousand year door, a lot. But I'll also take a look at rabbits rumble. Thanks for that.

He already said he owns Kid Icarus.

I would say get Mario Kart since that's the only other game I have that you don't besides Super Mario 3D Land, which I can't really get in to. If you like the Harvest Moon games, I hear A New Beginning is really a good and the best since Friends of Mineral Town on the GBA. The reason I don't have it is because I don't need another game to take time away from my schoolwork.

Go with Mario Kart 7. It's fun in single player and online. Avoid Myst 3ds like the plague. I <3 Myst but it's the worst remake I've ever played. The ds version was infinitely better. The 3ds estore lists the game as 3d. It isn't. Seeing to how the in-game cursor returns to a default place in the center of the screen when you aren't pushing the circlepad it kind of makes playing the game extremely difficult. I actually got the manager at the gamestop I bought it at to play if for a few minutes then I got a refund. They don't do refunds for opened new games but after a few minutes the guy was about ready to throw the 3ds.

I heard this was a bad game... and I'm a die hard RE fan. I'm scared it will continue to ruin the series (similar to what RE5 did).

I'll consider this!

Professor Layton! If you like puzzle games. I think it's the best so far. But the puzzles are easier...unless I'm getting used to it?

I LOVED the last 4 Layton games, but I never purchased them. I had them on my Acekard. I'm concerned about replay value since I'm actually purchasing a game this time. :S

I never liked MarioKart DS... I'm guessing MK7 is the same concept? Vroom vroom around a course and throw bananas. :X

Paper Mario. It was very good, and it took me 13 hours to beat (mainly because of an OCD to hit everything with a hammer, and I'm pro at getting stuck). Anyways, very unique since it was my first Paper Mario game.

If you like games with good stories and don't mind tons of reading, Virtue's Last Reward is awesome.
