If the 3DS can do that with a DS game...then probably...if it can't, don't ever expect it.

I'm referring to the default resolution bump as seen in this video.

-snip-

What I'm asking is will the Supercard support that stretching?
Ah THAT stretching! I thought Upscaling. Yes it can do that, it depends from the 3DS not from the Supercard.

Wouldn't that be the 3ds responsible for that and not the flashcard?

I don't know the voodoo the cards do to get recognized by the system, so I have no clue if it avoids particular layers. Hence why I was asking.

Alrighty. I guess I know I'm gonna get a Supercard then. :3

How's the updates for that, anyway? Are they on par or more frequent than with the CycloDS?

No it does not avoid any layers.

More frequent on Supercard I'd say. I been hearing Cyclo user's saying their team has been awol recently. Maybe one day the new cyclo will be better but who knows.

Okay. How does the microsd slot work? Do you just slide it in ala the CycloDS, or is spring-based with the R4? I prefer more of the former, as there's no risk of spring damage.

The dstwo is spring loaded but pretty solid. I have inserted and removed micro cards about 80 times so far and still seems strong. If for some reason the spring breaks I have heard that you can just remove the spring with a small object like a pin and then the card can just slide in and out and still be workable.

Ah, so without the spring it's like the CycloDS?

I have a couple questions about the DSTwo. I've ordered one and it's on the way, but there are some things I want to grasp. First: Is there a way to stylize the way the software is navigated through? For example, I'd like the DS games to be navigated from a directory not simply called DS_Game, for example. I guess what I'm asking is would something like skins make all of that stuff pretty, or do I have to do some internal alterations to make the DS_Game directory called something easier like DS?

The second relates back to GB/GBA emulation. I know the card comes with a GBA emulator, but reading the review here talked about how it's sort of wonky. Is that still the case? I'm somewhat of a purist when it comes to emulation, in that I want the game to run without frame skips. And what about the GB emulator? How exactly do I get that up and running on the DSTwo?

Finally, how does the card handle updates? A few times now my CycloDS has been pretty poopy when it came to updates, so I've had to wipe the card and try again. Is the DSTwo similar to that or is it more akin to system software in that if it screws up, it goes kaput?

Sorry if these are stupid questions, because I want a better understanding of how it works, and I'd like the menus to look pretty fancy. I'm a big sucker for the DSi theme on my CycloDS.
