Still haven't found a clear answer here.. My bro and I both made psn accounts on one ps3 before the outage. I am downloading 2 free games. Can he download 2 as well? Does the same go for the free playstation plus membership?

I appears to work, downloading all 5 games right now using my account, my wife's account, and my brother's account. They let me activate and started to download, don't see why they wouldn't work when they finish.

The Welcome Back package is per account.
Also, they should be as sharable as standard PSN games are (so you can gameshare with them and they are accessible with other accounts on the PS3).

But I can't get my infamous disc save to work with the dlc copy.. -.- sucks REAL bad.

I think it has to do with the regions. I'm really angry.

I have a welcome back related question. I used my newly acquired PS+ time to download a few things for free. James Pond has an expiration date matching the end of my PS+ time, as I suspected. But Magic The Gathering doesn't display an expiration date. Does that mean I can keep it forever, or will it revert to its 'trial' form when my time expires?

Although Quest for Booty is VERY short

As long as an account was made before the outage you can get the welcome package on said account. So if you have five accounts before the outage, you have 10 free games (or rather two copies, at most, of all the games)

Yeah, I like the Ratchet and Clank series, but I heard quest for booty had only like 5+ hours of gameplay.
