Hacking Question weird situation with emunand and sysnand

i have switch with sysnand 9.0 & emunand on 9.0 with incognito installed to it
i switch between them to play fortinte and other online titles, i notice that after i play online in my sysnand if i open my profile again on my emunand it says something like u have been offline for 15 min or so, so my question is how to unlink them completely and is there is any risk for that weird link between them?

FIRST BACKUP YOUR SAVES FROM EMUNAND! YOU WILL LOSE THEM! Then just load up emunand and delete the profile.
