Oke, this might be a weird question. but here i go.

Some time ago i read about something that would let you play NDS rom's on your NDS, with only using your Nintendo Wi-fi Usb Connector.

You needed a special program, which would let you load a game, then the game would've been send to your NDS (or something like that) and you could play it.

Does anyone know if this is or true, or something that looks like this?

Thanks

EDIT: Sorry, wrong thread.

As for your question, I think that you can't download-play entire games, only demos, and you have to have a flashed DS for that. I think. That may be wrong.

I Believe you are thinking of wifime.
That will not work in newer DS and all DS-Lite consoles.

I played with it for a bit sending the E3 demos to my friends DS but that was a while ago.

You needed a wifi card with an RA Link chipset from what I can remember. You needed some special drivers for it to use it as an DS compatible Access point.

Can't remember much more.

**edit**

What veho said. The game had to fit in the DS internal memory so only demos made for sending via wifi worked.

really can't remember exactly what you have to do but I do know that when I did it it would not work with any USB wifi adapter and only certain RA-Link chipset wifi PCI cards.

Try search around the forums and Google "wifime"

This is how you do download play on your DS (v1,2, not sure about 3 and 4, definitely not 5 or above), described in detail: TUTORIAL

If you have the right WiFi card (with the appropriate chipset), you can download games to your DS via WiFi (demos only!!!) You can also download Flashme software on your DS, and flash it, without using a Passme, or a flashcard (only having a flashed DS with no flashcard would be pointless).

But remember, v1 and 2 only.
