    Hi Everybody,

This is my first post, I have been brewing for about 3-4? years, I am usually able to solve my own problems. While massaging my Brother in Law's wii, I decided to freshen up my own install w/some of the newer tools I used (I am on 4.2u). I used the letterbomb, then hackmii, priiloader and wiimod to reinstall homebrew etc., apparently successfully. I had some issues getting homebrew browser working properly, but I resolved that. However a few homebrew apps do not run properly.

Specifically, Smashing!, a shooter game that the kids and I love, does not load. After clicking the load button, it says "Couldnt find the smashing files in: /apps/smashing. Press Home to continue."

I have tried deleting the files & reinstalling from homebrew and from zip file. All with same result. Any ideas? Space Invaders also freezes, but no great loss

Rick Dangerous freezes the Wii requiring hard restart and EDuke32 Wii crashes back to Homebrew Channel. Many games run fine, like Mahjongg, Scogger, Duck Hunt, Wii Casino, Quake, WiiDoom, Sudoku, etc. Really want Smashing! back, though.

Hmm, did you change SD cards?
or did you switch stuff over to USB instead of SD?
    Any changes like that?

Posting a Syscheck log might help understand what's going on here if it's one of those things you installed with WiiMod.

Yea, it was the SD card. I did not realize that the card was SDHC nor did I know that some games were/were not SDHC compatible. Shame, b/c the card that worked was my last non-SDHC card, have no idea where to get more. Is there any info about porting games over to SDHC compatibility?

Smashing! has sdhc support, it's working with my 16g card but maybe yours is not compatible. Rick dangerous is crashing for me too.
To add sdhc support to homebrews, you have to install a recent Devkippc and recompile the homebrews.
Unfortunately, those 2 games don't have source code.

    Quick edit
For those interested I compiled gxrick (rick dangerous) : download
It's a port originally for gamecube by infact from gc-forever.com.
You can find his source code here
