Hacking Weird issue trying to update my 3DS mods

I hacked my New 3DS a few years back, I am on Luma3ds 8.1.1 and want to update, I tried updating B9S and it fails tellimg me I dont have a sighaxed firm file... when I'm booted I see that I also have GodMode9.

anyone care to help me?

BTW should I update my 3DS? it's on 11.6.0-39U

So I just put the new Luma files in the appropriate folder and it's now updated.

still, is it safe to update the console?

I should point out that my goal is to update my games.

It's not safe to update from 11.6 if you have <Luma 9.1 but if they have the new version now it's safe

Thabks guys, some games I had installed were broken by the luma update but I corrected that and I will update my console tomorrow!

It does not work that way

Well I had 4 games working and once Luma was updated they had stopped working... I did nothing else in months on this system.

Urban Champion 3D
Twinbee 3D
Senran Kagura (dunno which)
Mario and Luigi Bowser's inside story

These games were positively working and then they weren't. Maybe they were different regions, maybe they were games I installed with FreEshop back in the day and with Nintendo changing things they were messed up. They gave me an error dump and the 2 Nintendk 3D classics gave fatal errors.

I don't know if it works "that" way but I'm just giving you the facts. I instslled proper CIAs and they now work great! Onky Minecraft refuses to update. (Maybe because it's not the right region, I don't know)

Use Luma3DS v9.1 or latest Luma hourlies.
