Hacking Weird Internet Browser Glitch

After having a insanely fucked up 9.2 frankenfirmware with 9.6-10.2 FIRM I got it to run sysupdater and move to 10.3, but now, every page I try and load with internet browser fails, and I can't get smashhax to work, and ideas on how to get the internet browser to work? I have used tubehax, removed it, google.com causes the browser to crash, as does every page. I've also tried straight up formatting through system settings. What else can I do to get this to work? ;~;

This probably isn't very helpful, but if you updated to 10.6 and then downgraded with a hard mod, that could solve your problems. I'm sure there's another way but I don't know enough.

Maybe you could downgrade to 9.2 again then use Gateway's downgrader to get to a stable 4.2 and then use sysUpdater to move it back to 9.2?

The browser is locked on first launch on all firmwares above 9.9 until it can connect to N's servers and check the CVer.

I'm pretty sure it just tells you "The Internet Browser cannot be used at this time". His is crashing.

For whatever reason, the above message strings [update nags] were removed with New3DS-browser v10.2, then re-added with v10.4. This does not apply to the Old3DS browser. Whenever v10.2 New3DS browser tries to use these message-strings for displaying a browser-update-related message, it will crash due to an assert failing since the message-strings are missing. Hence, if/when the v10.2 update-check page is ever updated where the browser tries to display a message for it, or when accessing that page fails, the browser will automatically crash.

Pretty sure that's it, the concept matches up. So long as the now-9.2 browser doesn't crash, then I'd say it's pretty certain.

Either way, I managed to get past it using my phone's hotspot, with no DNS.
