Homebrew weird error 2011

I first had a version 4.2 wii i had bomberman PAL and Pokemon Rumble installed and the game worked 100% since my wii to version 4.3 have been updated, the games stopped working and I get every time a read error too since I went to version 4.3 have been updated get I also every time the 2011 error if I want to install a game that the PAL or NTSC I get an error 2011 does anyone know how I can fix?

Has the 4.3 update wiped out your cIOS? You may have to re-install

but that`s the problem i cannot install everythime i get the 2011 error

1 Run sign check look to see if you have any stubbed cios's from the update you do if its official update
2 run any title deleter to delete only the stubs
3 reinstall non stubbed versions

WARNING removing the wrong ios's will brick your wii
