Gaming Weird DLC files

hey yall, i got some dlc files from the nus.cdn.shop.wii server and they are named like this with no extension

  • 00000002
  • 00000003
  • 00000004
  • 00000005
  • 00000008
  • 00000009
  • 0000000a
  • 0000000d
  • 0000000e
  • 0000000f
  • 00000012
  • 00000013
  • 00000014
  • 00000015

i've tried every u8 extractor but i couldn't get anything. it can be any kind of file, dunno. i need to extract them and get the files inside.
 
They're probably... unzipped files?
Or maybe someone thought that copying the files from private folder would end up in DLC files?

They are probably still encrypted, and you'd need the title key to decrypt them. And DLC title keys aren't on the CDN (at least not public), so you need to extract the title key from a console that has bought the DLC.

i already have it, what do i do to extract the game files inside them?
