Hacking weird black screen error R4iLL http://www.ndsill.net/

a friend of my little bro asked me to setup his R4iLL v1.41 http://www.ndsill.net/
but everytime i get a black screen than you can only see the time, date and the Firmware
so how to fix the black screen?
i use the Dutch package.

I would download the English package and compare the contents with the Dutch package as it sounds as though something is missing in the Dutch package.

EDIT:I've had a look at both English and Dutch packages and they are almost identical. The only thing I can imagine is that the latest update hasn't been installed correctly. Do the usual backup the games and format and then redownload and reinstall.

It's probably that there's no skin to be found. Install a skin and it'll work.
