couldnt make it work from local host, so right now i'd say best setup is:

1. go to http://u.drg.li
2. Select exploits from 0 to 4 until one works
3. Enjoy

1. Delete browser save data
2. Go to http://u.drg.li
3. Select exploits from 0 to 4 until one works (2 seems to be the one is working the most)
4. If your screen goes grey-white but your console freezes, thats the correct delta, so keep trying that exploit number

instructions for anyone new in here:
reset all browser data
goto http://u.drg.li/ and use the two delta button under exploit, and it'll load homebrew launcher, if not restart load again.
install haxchi or other applications
should work

Big Exploit Button is actually delta 2 afaik (just so it doesnt confuse people)

Homebrew launcher in its normal location. SDcard root > wiiu > apps > homebrew_launcher
