Homebrew RELEASE Weather and Moon Apps for Nintendo Switch

I been working on those weather and moon apps for nintendo switch this weekend. I have few different versions.
They need to be run via title replacement or one of games or hbmenu nsp.
Those weather apps only download weather from NWS weather sites in USA.

I know it has been 5 years since I released them.
I got all of those apps updated and compiled with latest libnx. I tested them on 19.0.0 FW and they are all working.
