not giving false hopes
but what if someone uses funkeycia to download the CDN cia?
is that the pre-load one?
we can get title id and title key from the preloads by dumping them, no?
can this happen?
someone please try to use funkeycia, who knows what will happen

Same thing that happens with all the other preload games, including Sun & Moon. You can download and install it. Then you need to wait until it's released to launch it, just like people who legitimately pre-load it.

Half the titles I play are in Japanese and I have a EU 2DS. Doubt you got banned for just that...

As I've been saying over and over, let people who want to play early play the leaks when they are out so we can have something to keep us entertained while we wait for the official release!
