Nice work!

And thanks for the credits!

Seeing someone else fought in the jungle of fatal exits in the segher's code slightly amused me

and slightly felt bad about it! (should have released the sources)

AlexDP it was an enjoyment to beta test it , and excitement to see the best WBFS Manager with all possible options ( Total Package ) keep it up buddy and congrats on a project well done

cheers

I have followed this from the begining and has been my app of choice. This release is fantastic. It makes such a change to see a program that has a load of new features and updates and is released after thorough testing rather than 5-10 updates in a single evening

Finaly I can copy my games with the full Partition, like 1.5 does
smile.gif
. Seems to work fine for me, thanks

!!! Looks nice, has (nearly) all functions, at least all I need, and seems stable...awesome

.

BUT I have a question...my HD is far away from my laptop, and plugged in via AC, etc...I won't/can move it...but I have a Netbook near the HD...it only runs Ubuntu and Mac OS X...so any chance that this will work via WINE? I would try it out, but right now I can't acess the Netbook...anyone got the answer?

Thanks in Advance!

Nice, this has been my favorite manager from the beginning. Out of curiosity, what would the "Remove update partition, keep rest" option be used for? Is that for games that install channels or something?

Thanks for your update of this tool. This is my favorite WBFS tool.
And I got a question here. What is the different between two "Base dol" you provide to create the channel?
Thanks.

Thanks everyone for the positive feedback.
@TroyTheZombie: 360 version. I'll definitely add you. Haven't been on XBL in a while.
@Adr990: Is it possible that the ISO is scrubbed? There seems to be an issue occurring while extracting the banner for you... do you have any explorer Windows open? Did you previously copy the ISO over to the WBFS drive? I'll need some more details to figure why that happened...
@ToneEQ: No problem, I didn't actually realize there was a list in the wiki.

@Blue-K: I've no idea really... it all depends on whether Wine has .NET 3.5 SP1 support and a few other factors...
@raptir: Yes, it should remove the update partition and keep the channels and whatnot that might be on the ISO.
@kyogc: The second dol file is a bit more up to date, being based on Waninkoko's USB Loader 1.5. It's essentially WiiCrazy's loader.

Troy can you upload the fixed USB Loader dol that you used in the beta testing please with the ID as well if possible

thanks in advance , cheers AlexDP I love it by the minute hahahaha

I though I'd mention this in case anyone wants to add dol files:
The XML file for it is really easy, just create an XML file that looks like this:
CODE
ÂÂWiiCrazy 1.5 Updated
ÂÂUSBL15USB.dol
ÂÂCRAPPY

Just replace the Description, which is shown in the program, replace the DolFilename with JUST the filename of the DOL, no path. and replace the Original Title ID, with the placeholder Title ID for that DOL. Then drop the XML file and the DOL file in "Program Files\WBFS\WBFS Manager 3.0\Channels\WiiCrazy15Update\"

Obviously this requires that the dol file be an auto-booter and not a full on USB Loader w/GUI.

Also, you can skip all this if you just want to do use a different DOL file personally, by just setting the location of the DOL file and the placholder ID in the settings menu, instead of choosing a preset.

thanks for reminding me that the dol I'm looking for you already included in the installer

much appreciation for all the hard work Alex , regards bro

@wiiman123: No plans for any future updates or work.
@TeenTin: That's entirely possible but due to a limitation of the way the GUI is set up it's not as easy as that. The GUI fills the list on the right side by accessing libwbfs and doing an estimate. libwbfs needs to know the drive in order to do the estimation. Obviously estimation isn't needed for channel creation, but the GUI needs it in order to display the values on the list, which is necessary in order for you to be able to choose a game.... so yeah, it's complicated
smile.gif
and I don't plan on doing it, but since the source is available anyone can make the change if they like.

Thanks anyway. You have done a great joy already.

Thanks AlexDP for this app.. Actually I am still on 2.5 and this is the first time I seen that 3.0 was available... I read all the posts and only ONE other person mentions CISO extraction..
I know you are done with this proggy but would you please consider implementing the CISO to and from wbfs? Like Hermes wbfs tool?
It's becoming popular to download ciso's that have been extracted from a wbfs partition.

Thanks again for the badass program.. I been using it since the start..
