Hi! so I bought this Wii from marketplace, and when i turned it on it just showed the preloader menu. What should i do?

I just got a brand new wii and i want to hack it it most likily has version 4 on it so i was wonder in where are the insturctions to hack it, if u can give me a link that would be super awsome
