Do you get a warning if a topic you started is closed or if a post of yours is removed? And what do you need to do to get suspended? Like 50% warning? I wanna know just if topics I create in the future will be closed. Not that I intend to make a topic that suggests I want it locked. Just wondering, cuz I've never received any warnings and just want to know what will happen if I do stuff like that. Not that I intend to do that either.

You do not get a warning for closed topics, not unless the reason the topic was closed was that you were breaking a rule. Basically, if you make a post about some big news that has already been posted about, we close it, but you won't be warned, because you didn't do anything wrong. In summary, you're only warned when you break the rules. IE: flaming, pornography, frequent violations of something a staff member has warned you about, stuff like that.

Okai, I see. And removed posts? Warnings right?

It depends what's removed. And how frequently you do it. For example, if you bump a topic once or twice, and we remove your bump, you won't be warned. But if we've told you not to bump 4 or 5 times, you're going to get a warn.

Another way you might have a post removed is if something you wrote about went over the head of that particular mod and they didn't understand the relevance. Instead of leaving it for those who DO understand, they'll just remove it. That's not something I have had to worry about with Ace, but your mileage may vary.

I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.
BakerMan @ BakerMan: idk how hot of a take this is, but science as a subject sucks
