Hacking WarioWare D.I.Y. Problem on AK2

I've been having this problem with WarioWare D.I.Y. on AKAIO 1.6RC2. Every time I try to go to my crates on Wi-Fi, the game locks up. And it also happens when I try to connect to the Wii counterpart. Any ideas on what might be the problem, fellow Tempers?
