Layton and the lost future (E) doesn't work. Freezes after the first cutscene (after the first mystery). Also, the cracktro for Last Window isn't being bypassed like it says in the changelog :|

The new YSM3 folder from Retrofan (not yours) doesn't include the Ysmenu folder, only the TT folder. Will it work, or only your version will boot up?

Yes. Retro will patch it, because I have give the tool for he, but I think he didn't do it yet.
So use my version

Or you can get the m3path.ips from my package and you can patch it.

Maybe you downloaded a bad package. You now is not enough to just change the dat files. You also have to patch some of them.
