Hacking Waninkoko's Menu Patcher Question

Ok, Just a quick question. in the future, do you think waninkoko will be able to make it so that the menu patcher will last permanently? Im just sick and tired of having to do it OVER and OVER again. And dont say "Just use the backup loader!" I dont want to. I hate having to enter a program every time. Also, do you think he can make it region free? Thanks.
