Hacking WAIO using YSMENU loaders

I am having a bit of trouble trying to get this to work I have WAIO(Wood All In One) but it boots in ysmenu and does not load the game or jsut say it autoboots and takes me right to the YSMENU screen I need it to load the game right from WAIO I have these folder in my root

_DS_MENU(WAIO.nds)
_rpg
YSMenu(Dir)
TTMENU(Dir)
moonshl2(fake)
and I have in extlink folder
inilink.ini
nds.inilink.nds
mshl2wrap.ini
