Hacking Wad Manager won't load anymore?

So I have used my Wad Manager under the Homebrew Channel to extract Wild West Guns and Lost Winds already, however, I then updated to 3.3 and got the Megaman 9 wad.. I went back to my Homebrew Channel and when I try loading the Wad Manager it says: "Loading Wad Manager 0%" and is just stuck there.

Anyone run into this problem?

Remove your GC Memorycards and try again.
