I dunno which version it was originally, sorry

Maybe you both have devkitPro R18? I'm still on R17..

Ok, so I compiled v2c.
It added instructions on the screen and took the 2nd background from WiiShizzza's new ones (Thanks Shizzza!).
This one definitely works with my USB device, so I assume it should work for you aswell. Be sure to use USB 2.0 for Port 0 and USB for Port 1!

EDIT: I'll upload my libogc soon
EDIT2: Here it is: http://www.mediafire.com/?gyg4qg2dtum

is the only dif between 2b and 2c the instructions and the background? if so, 16:9 users may prefer v2b until everything gets sorted

I'm using the last one, R27
and it's compiling without problem, just can't test it on USB yet

you must be refering to the devkitARM R27, Wii uses devkitPPC?

both are used for the wii. most stuff is done with the PPC. but mini and the super cool FAT/WBFS/NTFS echi module if compiled under ARM

ah i see, still new to this lol, mmmmm i gonna swap out some folders to see if i still get compile error on this

Wow!
This project sounds awesome!
I haven't tested yet, but being able to batch install WADs to Emulated NAND will be sweet! even more so if SMB support eventually gets added.

Everyone with the garbled text, is your TV 16:9?
It doesn't appear on my 4:3 screen

to fix the garbled txt(console co-ordinates) use CFG configurator with the image of the background your using in WAD Man to get an idea of where the console should go and look, just use the co-ordinates, width and hight from either 4:3 or 16:9 that the configurator give you once done and enter them in the gui.cc, but i used the 16:9 as thats the tv type im using

i just used this method and it work greats as ive done my own background.

heh sorry, I'm new to this too
I was referring to devkitARM r27 but I'm useing devkitPPC R19 and libogc 1.8.1
still, no erros when compiling, I'll do a USB test latter and then I post here if it works.

Also works better for me. Couple of suggestions that might not be too easy to do: I see you had to reduce the number of Wad entries so if there is any way to get back to 14 or so that would be great (since there does appear to be room above and below the list). And in Widescreen mode, the line about + and - for batch operations is split on two lines so if there is anyway to shorten the phrase, that might tidy things up. I know some people need the instructions - but if it means losing out on functionality so some slow people can be helped then maybe there is another way to do it... Maybe a way to add to the config file whether instructions are necessary - or better yet - a Readme just for this mod with the instructions in it (oh wait there already IS!)! Stupid slow people! Those people who cannot read a Readme and need instructions should not be using this to begin with!

Anyone with the garbled text could try this. Just moved the console like pepxl said, haven't tried it myself.

16:9 Bug.

When cursor move down to the bottom of the list and try to scroll, the cursor disappear and some missing line problem occurs.

Would you please take a look at this ? Thanks !
