This enhanced mod based on WAD Manager 1.4 Mod v1 by wiiNinja.

Includes enhancements:
- Device selection combined with IOS selection for shorter startup.
- Bigger console window with 16 entries per page (instead 8)
- browse from root(/) folder (intead of /wad)
- "B" button returns to parent folder until root. On root - returns to device selection.
- remember/restore list position on enter/exit directory
- remember last used IOS when back to device selection (instead forced IOS249)
- fixes for some minor bugs

Sorg.

Very nice thanks.
I was thinking about adding support for USB keyboard. I'll grab this source and start there.

i've forgot to write:
- added search for FAT partition among all 4 primaries. Original WAD Manager check only first partition.

would be better to add support for extended partitions, but i'm too lazy and i don't have any HDD with extended partitions

Is the original "press A if you agree" prompt still there or does it go to device selection automatically?

I get a ret = -1 error when mounting device "Wii SD Slot", what is the problem? what can I do to solve the error? thanks

y would u make it find wads from the root, then things are too unorganized

I made a folder (apps/sorgwadmanger/boot.dol) is that wrong? that's where I had the wad manager 1.4 located in the apps of my sd card?

is there version that start from \wad instead of root, or do I have to compile it myself ?

I put together a WAD using a channel I found on wadder.net and just replaced the DOL. Tested it myself and works great! I recompiled another version but haven't made a WAD of it to remove the disclaimer. When I get a chance I also want to look into making it start in the /wad folder as well, and I don't think it will be hard, just need to look through the code and try it.

Edit: For some reason the URL shows up funny in the text, but it works fine.

It's a great addition. But if HBC only reads the first partition for FAT32 then its back to square one for me..

Can an options file be saved that remembers the last used directory (like SD:\wads), and also the default media device (like SD card)? This way the startup is faster if the user doesn't want to have to scroll down through their list of directories to find the wad directory every time. I like how this provides 16 lines of wads, and that is why I hope these options can be implemented somehow!

Ok, I modified Sorg's code slightly to remove the disclaimer and automatically load the /wad folder after device selection. All the credit still goes to all those who modified it before me, as these changes were literally a couple lines of code.

I also included an animated channel in the folder as well.

Solid. If for whatever reason we need to navigate out of /wad can you go up a level?

Yes, it works the same as Sorg's only it automatically places you in the /wad folder as if you had selected it yourself.
