Ah, no, it looks like it might be just Newer Mario Bros DS.

Should probably rename it anyways. Newer Super Mario Bros. is a legendary mod. It's not right to use their name to get attention to be honest. That said i do hope you stick with this as mario mods can be amazingly fun.
