Hacking vWii theme Brick

I backed up my .0000001f.app and now i am trying to replace the themed one with the original old one, but it says its corrupted...can anyone give me a working original .0000001f.app?

um.... you can't download it with nus.

It's cool. I found a workaround to get into vWii(namely the Homebrew Channel) through Coldboot Haxchi. It lists the option of using the HBC, and bypasses the System Menu to go straight to where I need to go.
