I noticed this on the tutorial where it says this Open C:\devkitPro\ and rename devkitARM to devkitARM_New. Extract devkitARM_r32 to C:\devkitARM\ . Do i copy devkitarm to c/devkitpro or to c/devkitarm I copied them to both just to make sure when i built mine i was just curios.

I don't know what you're talking about. It clearly says C:\devkitPro\devkitARM\

When installing " TortoiseSVN (make sure you install Command Line options)"

EDIT: And the command should read as such:

svn checkout http://sneek.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ sneek-read-only

from this error

thank for the post

Cut out all the extra crap I had left in the code used for the boot.dol being used for here not needed for this so now it's basically just nswitch fixed for vWii (using AHBPROT access instead of BootMii IOS and the MINI mod ... which also works for normal Wii.) and hopefully it should be at least a couple seconds faster starting up.

http://www.mediafire.com/download/55znjnhjmg0ji6c/boot.dol

and the code

https://code.google.com/p/gbadev/source/browse/?repo=nswitch#git

works for usb:/sneek/kernel.bin or sd:/sneek/kernel.bin (in that order)

What is this?

You can replace the /apps/sneek/boot.dol file with this. It will hopefully speed loading up a little bit and it will also give you the option to have your /sneek folder on either SD or USB (not sure if that's currently an option or not)

I only recently was able to get a NAND to load off of the USB on my real Wii (going away soon as a present), so I am still in the dark about a lot of things. Like what are we lacking that would allow us to place the virtual NAND on our USB drives for faster loading?
