Hacking vWII NAND AUTO SHUT-OFF

So atm im NAND:ing my vwii but if it takes more than an hour will
The vWii shut off automatically? Plz reply? I dont want to brick my wii u
 
I don't think it shuts off automatically, I left Skyward Sword on for over a month once.
Alright but goddamn the Dumbmii is only on 2500 out of 4096 and it has been dumbing for an hour now. Im going to sleep now I hope that it doesnt shut off!

You mean to say DumpMii, I get it now. :P

So yeah, you can simply do a NAND dump through the BootMii menu. that doesn't take an awful long time to dump. It could even take a shorter amount of time to dump the NAND than DumpMii. Try Bootmii out! You may have more luck with that maybe.

BootMii can't be installed into vWii, so you'll have to try a different NAND dumper, I suppose. :(

I dont have bootmii? I was wonderinghow to get it?
 
It's not generally that slow. My guess is he's using the 2GB standard SD used to hack the system (which yea is sub class 4 most likely)

Using a SDHC after hacking, it takes maybe 10-20 minutes.
 
I don't see why you wouldn't. At the moment there's no tools to write it back, but obviously you should have it backed up somewhere other than the SD card. Treat it like you would your data. Back it up, throw it on a cloud storage, or anywhere you see fit. The SD card is the worst place to leave it as people delete/format them from time to time.
